Echo Sport introduces the Saucony Kinvara 2 and Mirage running shoes to Bayside runners. Both shoes service the minimalist (or barefoot running) movement that is creating plenty of interest (and debate!) amongst the running community. Minimalist running shoes strip away the cushioning and stability features built into many of today's running shoes, providing protection for the foot but little else to get in the way of the foot's natural running motion. Both of these Saucony running shoes are very lightweight and flexible, with the Mirage also offering a little support for the mild overpronator.
